Job Description

* Answer phone calls and emails from customers that are deployed or outside local area

* Receive and fulfill requests from customers to send various banking products to them

* Explain bank services and charges to customers

* Assist manager with monthly reports

* Provide prompt, efficient and friendly service to customers

* Recognize customer needs with suggestions appropriate to the banks services

* Follow established bank policies

* Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time

* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery

Job Requirements

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

* Good communication skills

* Ability to organize and prioritize

* Customer service experience

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and 10-key

* Must successfully pass background investigation and drug screen according to company policy

* Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
